So Drawn(!) recently posted a link to this site that does photorealistic vector graphics. which made me dig up this old semi realistic vector illustration I made when I first started learning vector graphics. Now that I'm a little more experianced using vector graphics it might be fun one day to give vector realisim another shot.

Those are some crazy vector skills. I admire your patience with that program! It makes me so mad sometimes I bite my fingers.

Thanks for all the nice comments! I put about 5 solid days into this piece way back when and wish I could've showed you all the finished piece but it was so complex that the file got corrupted and this was all I could salvage. I've also put together an illustrator beginner's guide at the Hard 8 forum, maybe I'll copy it to my blog for anybody that wants to become friends with vectors.
Looks pretty damn good! I'd love to learn some Illustrator! BTW, those caricatures of yours are sweet! See you at Wray's Place!
